These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of NovelCraft AI software. By purchasing or downloading NovelCraft AI, you agree to these terms.
Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to install and use NovelCraft AI on your own computer(s). The standard licence permits personal use only — the creation of novels for your own publication and sale.
The Commercial Licence (available as an upgrade) extends this to client work and agency use, permitting you to write novels on behalf of third parties using NovelCraft AI.
You may not: resell or redistribute NovelCraft AI or any part of the software; share your download link publicly; reverse engineer, decompile, or modify the software; or use the software to create content for redistribution as a writing tool service without the Commercial Licence.
You own the manuscripts and content produced using NovelCraft AI. We make no claim to content generated through your use of the software. You are solely responsible for ensuring that content you publish complies with applicable laws and platform terms (including Amazon KDP's terms of service).
NovelCraft AI uses the Anthropic Claude API. Use of the Claude API is subject to Anthropic's Terms of Service and Usage Policies. API costs are billed directly by Anthropic and are not covered by your NovelCraft AI purchase. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by Anthropic.
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with NovelCraft AI for any reason within 30 days of purchase, email justwork2336@gmail.com and we will issue a full refund. Refunds are not available after 30 days from the original purchase date.
NovelCraft AI is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the software will meet your specific requirements or that it will operate without interruption or error.
Our liability to you for any claim arising from your use of NovelCraft AI is limited to the amount you paid for the software. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Any income figures or results mentioned in our marketing materials represent the experience of the author and are not typical. Your results will depend on your effort, the quality of your products, market conditions, and many other factors. We make no guarantee of income or results.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the software following notice of changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
