This Privacy Policy describes how NovelCraft AI ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you purchase or use our software products.
When you purchase NovelCraft AI through WarriorPlus, we receive basic transaction information including your name and email address. We do not collect payment card details — all payment processing is handled by WarriorPlus.
NovelCraft AI is installed and runs locally on your computer. We do not collect usage data, manuscript content, or any information generated by the software on your machine.
We use your email address to deliver your software download and respond to support requests. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
NovelCraft AI requires a Claude API key from Anthropic (console.anthropic.com). Your API key and all content sent to the Claude API are governed by Anthropic's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We do not have access to your API key or the content of your Claude API sessions.
Our sales pages may use cookies for analytics purposes. These cookies collect aggregate, anonymised data about page visits and do not personally identify you.
We retain your email address for the duration of our business relationship in order to provide customer support and send product updates. You may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing us.
